Children are invited to take part in our 2026 poster competition, reflecting next year's national Children’s Week theme: “Children have the right to use their own language, celebrate their culture and practise their religion.”
This is a wonderful opportunity for children to explore their creativity, share their unique perspectives, and celebrate what culture, language, and belonging mean to them. All entries will help shine a light on the rich diversity of children’s voices across our communities.
Keiko Prasetyo (6YO) designed the 2025 poster artwork ‘Bubble Rights’. Keiko said “I love to play with bubbles. This drawing is about children’s rights to be safe and grow. They need to have a family, to have a safe home, a warm bed and to eat. They need to have a school, to play, to talk or to say what they want and to be listened to - even with a book (PECS) if they can’t talk.”
